Do you sell badge stock?
No, we do not sell label stock since the trademark and logo on the badge are properties of their respective holder.

How much does the badge cost?
We cannot supply a complete price list of the badge reference samples showed in our website, since many of the badge were make some years ago, the cost vary as time go by. And your badge design probably will not be exactly the same as the reference sample of our badge. Please send us your design with colour, size and material requirement of your X. Then we can quote the price of the badge for you.

Do you provide design and artwork services for badge?
Yes, we have our badge designer team to serve the need of customer for label design. The design and artwork for badge are free of charge.

How should I supply artwork for the badge?
We prefer the artwork of the badge to receive in adobe illustrator file. Fonts have to be included or converted to paths. Please send your artwork of badge as an email attachment, if the size of the file is too big to be sent by email, please supplied the badge artwork file on CD.

Yes, there is a set up charge for sampling of badge. But most of the sampling charge of badge will be refunded when you place the order for the badge up to a certain amount.

Shall I pay the sample charge if the badge sample is not satisfactory?
It is a point where disputes often arose in the sampling of badge. If the badge sample come out does not follow the design layout of the badge which is mutually agreed and signed, then you should not pay the sample charge of the badge. On the other hand, if the badge is made as per the design layout and description but the final outcome does not have the expected effect of the badge designer. We will send the badge sample to customer by air mail at our cost. If you need your badge sample urgently and wish to send it by international courier, then you have to take up the cost.

Do I need to pay a mould charge or sample charge when I reorder the badge?
You need not pay a mould charge or sample charge when you reorder the badge except some very exceptional cases such as the polyresin badge which require very complicate preparation procedures.

Can I change the design of my badge?
You change the design of your badge in the design and artwork process. But you cannot make change of your badge after the sampling process of the badge is started unless you are willing to pay the set up once more, and your shipment date of the badge allow you to do so. You have to inspect the design layout of your badge very carefully before you sign it and let the sampling process of the badge start.

How long will I get my badge sample?
Usually you can get the badge sample within 8-12 days after you confirm the artwork of the badge.

How long does it take to get the badge bulk production?
Usually the production of badge take 10-14 days after approved the badge sample.

Can you rush my order for the badge?
Yes, we will do it in a very a flexible way in order to satisfy our badge customer if they are in urgent needs. In some cases we can produce the badge in 1-2 days. But please do not over use the urgency service since it will make our production arrangement in a bad condition.

Can I cancel my order for the badge?
Sorry, once the order for the badge is confirmed, we have to make all the preparation work for the production of the badge such as buying the material for the badge, parts of the badge….etc. If the order for the badge have to be cancelled, even the production of badge is not yet started the badge buyer has to pay at least the cost of the material and parts of the badge as per the amount it is purchased. If the badge is under production, then the badge buyer has to pay for the amount of badge that is produced plus the cost of material and parts of the badge that is purchased. So the badge buyer has to make sure and confirm everything before he places the order for the badge.

What is the minimum order for the badge?
We accept very small order for the badge as long as it is feasible. We are willing to meet the requirement of our customer, but some times we are limited by the other factors such as the availability of material, minimum quantity needed to start the machine and the cost of production. Please take note the price of the badge for the small quantity will inevitably higher.

Can I have the badge of the same design in different colour combinations?
Yes, we will follow your instruction to make a number of colour combinations for your choice in the sampling process of your badge. You can also do the same thing in your bulk production order of your badge.

Can you make the badge exactly the same as my original sample?
To be honest, I don’t think any badge maker can reproduce a badge exactly the same as your original badge sample. We can make a badge very close to your original badge, it is our expertise, but nothing can be exactly the same in the reproduction.

Will you keep the artwork and tooling of my badge?
Yes, it is our responsibility to do so. But it is a fact the tooling of the badge will deteriorate with the passage of time even though we will try our best to keep it in the most suitable condition.

Where do you produce my badge?
Our badge factory is located in the Mainland China, while some of the materials for the badge are imported; all the production processes of the badge take place in China.

Is the printed badge wash resistant?
Most of the badges are resistant to normal washes. Some production process of the badge such as offset printing make the badge is less wash resistant, some badge s can stand for heavy washing such as those badge screen print by hand. So you have to state out what degree of wash resistance you require for your badge in the very beginning when you make the enquiry on the badge.

What are your payment terms for badge production?
Our payment term for badge production is payment in advance for overseas badge customer.

How to make the payment for the badge?
Your can make the payment for sampling charge for your badge by PAYPAL or wire transfer when the amount of money is small. For bulk production of the badge, you may make the payment for the badge by wire transfer in advance or LC at sight.

Prices quoted for badge are mostly in ex-factory term since most badge are tailor made, we know the weight and packing size of the badge only after the sample and goods of the badge are made.
